Elisabeth works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and situational stressors, as well as couples who feel stuck in unhealthy patterns and struggle with communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving.
Her counseling approach is both solution-focused and psychodynamic, integrating Insight-Oriented Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and existential approaches to help clients gain self-awareness, develop healthier coping strategies, and move beyond thoughts and behaviors that no longer serve them.
She helps clients better understand the underlying patterns shaping their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Her approach encourages lasting growth, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of clarity, purpose, and self-understanding and believes that therapy should be both supportive and transformative, a space where clients feel genuinely heard while challenged to grow.
